Welcome to the home of the Biennial Fairbanks Alaska Mining Conference. This Alaska Miners Association conference is held every two years in the Spring, in Fairbanks, Alaska, USA. It brings together the various players that make the mining industry, such as operators, exploration companies, academics, vendors and consultants.

About the 21st Conference
The focus of the 21st conference is to enlarge the scope  by bringing together professionals not just from Alaska, but also from the neighboring arctic, such as Canada and Russia.

 

SPEAKERS

Some of the biggest players in the mining industry, including Tom Albanese, CEO of Rio Tinto (and a UAF Mining Engg alum), Senator Lisa Murkowski and Patrick Michaels, Climatologist and Sr. Fellow, Cato Institute, will be speaking at the conference.
